Problem Solving is the most vital skill

Why I did it

The opportunity was massive to represent our university but it was fueled by my dearest professor Dr.Ghassan Alkadi who wanted me to make a team and build a project to try to solve a real world problem.

What happened

We built a project called BirdSense AI which used 3 solutions to try to solve the problems Water Institute was facing. Autodotter, a computer vision pipeline, Habitat time machine a K means clustering utilization to find the trends in habitat loss and Feedback loop to retrain the vision pipeline.

What I remember most

Spending hours to understand the main problem, researching about the potential solutions, discussion with team members and that moment when I thought we might not have won competition but ended up wining it.

What I learned

Understanding the problem is the most important skill and I felt I am really good leader who can take the responsibility of the team and motivate team to work hard.

Would I do it again?

Absolutely
